I started Elemental Potential because I knew I wanted to work with clients on my own terms. The firm I worked for - as well as their inability to deal with the 'whole' person in front of them - wouldn't let me swim every day even though I always worked over my hours.

It came a point when there was little joy in my life so I left and started my own practice. I wanted more - and I want more for my clients.

Everyone deserves a joyful life and I believe everyone can have it.

Service and Packages

I work with my clients face to face, 1-1 and remotely with 4-5 platforms in NZ and internationally.

I offer a 4 week package of 4 x 1-1 coaching sessions.

I have an edge because I am also a body language expert and use that as my first language when working with clients. I can intuitively know the next question to ask

About Me

I love swimming, kayaking and aqua fitness, and being in water every day - whether it's the pool, lake or ocean.
