• Working with women 30-60 facing a period of uncertainty. Maybe it’s the Empty nest and time to change? But you don't know what.
• I help clients to provide clarity on a way forward, through setting and reaching challenging goals that are aligned to your values and your dreams.
• I am very good at seeing the "Big Picture"... viewing situations from different perspectives means I am quick to find solutions. I am very organised and focussed.

My Story

During my career as a health care professional and business owner, there were many times I faced difficult decisions, and would have benefited hugely from having a life coach. Some of those decisions were excruciatingly difficult to make. And at times, they weren't the right ones. On retiring I found myself floundering, and honestly, if I had a life coach then, I would have saved myself a lot of time. So, here I am: the person I needed to talk to, 2 years ago.

Coaching services and location

At this time, I work 1:1 with clients and prefer face to face (I am based in Taupo.) Online consultations with video work fine too.

I prepare life coaching session and program plans for individuals, according to their needs.

About Me

I love reading (mostly fiction), wine and dining out. We have classic cars and often trundle around the countryside finding different nooks and crannies. A perfect weekend includes all of those things, with my husband who I adore. I love our children and our grandchildren are my treasures.
