What I offer my clients

I believe in every individual’s unlimited potential, stemming from their passions, dreams, intuition and very soul. As your Coach I will support, encourage and maybe challenge you at times, so you can align your life to your authentic you! We will move you forward to find your own true path in this world, living a life of calm, happiness, abundance and gratitude.

Location

I am based in Nelson and as your coach, I like to work face to face in a meeting space agreed to by us both. I listen to body language and spirit energy whilst in our sessions as well as verbal communication. I can offer a meeting room or the space can be somewhere that you feel safe and comfortable. I am open to being outdoors in nature walking, at the beach etc.

Coaching sessions and packages

I offer three one hour sessions for $200. Individual sessions are $80 per hour (plus travel by arrangement if necessary)

About Me

I am a very creative person, always with a project on the go and loads of cunning plans that I am working towards. I have a freelance florist business as well as coaching, and also have an Air BnB. I am a keen hunter of wild game, loving to get out in nature with my dogs and a knife! If you don’t find me there then I’m usually in my large garden, fishing or wandering up the farm creeks. I have tried to tweak my lifestyle to be as self-sufficient as I can with what I have, really enjoying a simplistic lifestyle and uncomplicated living.

My coaching difference

I love to think outside of the square! The sky’s the limit and the universe provides, we just need to 'keep in our lane' and care about how we feel. Having pride and satisfaction in our achievements big or small is something I’m really hot on. Everyone's life story is valid and important; whether it’s a best selling novel or routine in its makeup.

Life offers contrast in so many ways for all of us, sifting and sorting is how we find our likes and dislikes. Commitment to setting small tasks/homework that you undertake between sessions has you moving forward with intention and clarity. I believe that there is no right or wrong decisions, just life experiences.

Having this mindset means I can offer compassion, empathy, and non-judgement with relatable experiences from my own life.
