I know that women are capable of incredible things, and I believe that all women deserve to live a purposeful and passionate life. Every woman, and every relationship, should be able to experience true passion and pleasure, yet many don't. I am a life and sexuality/intimacy coach, and work with women to level up their lives, and enjoy greater levels of passion and pleasure, and with couples to spice up their relationships.

I work with women and couples in person (Auckland), or remotely online, on a 1:1 basis, as well as offering group coaching programs & retreats, and online communities. I offer the following packages:

About me:
I love the beach, the snow, and all things adventure! During the summer you'll find me either relaxing on the beach with a book, or out on the surfboard/paddle board/wake board or jetski. During winter you'll find me at the mountains on a snowboard! I love creating memories with my 2 teenage boys, cooking good food, enjoying a nice wine, catching up with friends, listening to music, and planning what big thing I'm going to tackle next!
"Life is for living, don't hold back" Is something of a motto for how I approach live. I always say YES! to all opportunities that come my way, and I often go seeking out those opportunities. When considering whether or not I should do something, or give something a go (even if it's big and scary), rather than being scared of stepping into the unknown, I always think to myself - will I regret it if I don't do this, or don't give this a try? If the answer is YES that I will regret not giving it a go, then you can bet you'll find me doing it sooner rather than later!
