My Story

I led my first successful change campaign for social justice and equity when I was just 10 years old. I've had a successful career ever since campaigning and building coalition, coaching leaders championing social justice measures for equitable outcomes. With over 15 years experience in Executive Leadership and Governance both in SME and NFP organisations, I'm also trauma-informed and capable of getting great results with children and young people.

Interests & Hobbies

I love to walk my dog to the beach every morning and if we're lucky, catch the sunrise. The walk is through pine forest and if I miss it, I really notice the difference to my day. I'm a big picture thinker and strategist, so I guess this morning ritual communing with nature really grounds me and provides a balance. As a sociologist I'm passionate about human rights and I'm an expert in political economy. But I'm also addicted to sudoku, and love to dance and sing. I've been trying for years to learn both French and Te Reo, forever at beginner level.
