I’m Ed Lester and over the last 25+ years I’ve had the privilege of working with thousands of talented coaches, hypnotherapists and other transformational individuals.

Unfortunately I’ve also watched incredibly talented people drift away from the bigger vision they once had for themselves. I’ve seen them talk themselves back into mediocre results and settling back into their old comfort zone.
That’s one of the reasons I created Transformational Coach International.
Because when you trained as a life coach and change-expert, I don’t believe that was ever meant to be the end of your journey.

I attended the live NLP/EVT training in Auckland and as always Ed delivered in buckets! This is my 3rd or 4th time attending the in person sessions, my first was in 2019. And each time they just get better. Aside from the content, the most valuable part of the live trainings is the opportunity to try the content right away in coaching fellow attendees, watching how others approach the content in their coaching and getting coached myself, which always uncovers aha moments and hidden blocks. The first course I attended was the breakthrough life coaching and I was too shy to get coached by the trainer at the time, now I’m probably the first to put my hand up and it’s the one thing I tell anyone who is about to attend an in person training, “make sure you get the opportunity to be coached by the trainer!”. Those that do, take their experience from good to wow that was AMAZING ;). You will have breakthroughs, you will uncover a hidden block or two and you will come away with a wealth of new tools and goals that you will be hankering to put into practice right away! It’s only been a few days since the completion of the course and I have already implemented/actioned two goals/promises I made to my fellow coaches. Get up just an hour earlier to work on my goals, and actually work on putting my own course (10 years in my own head) into the real world.
