Guarantee & Refund Policy
If you join and, within the first 30 days of your Transform3 membership, you realise you’ve made a terrible mistake (or if either of us decides this isn’t a good fit), you’ll receive a full, no-questions-asked refund on your original investment.
However – and this is important – you won’t be able to rejoin later. What we offer inside T3 is the very highest quality training and support for coaches in the world. Our materials are truly world-class. And we take that seriously.
So if you’re just here to poke around or take advantage of our generosity – this isn’t for you.

Trainers & Course content
Trainers are subject to change. Transform3 shall provide such trainers to present the training course as it deems fit and shall be entitled at any time to substitute any trainer with any other person who it deems suitably qualified to present the relevant course.
Transform3 reserves the right to make improvements and/or changes to Transform3’s features, functionality or content at any time.
Ownership & Intellectual Property Rights
All Transform3 materials, whether in the Transform3 membership website or recordings of live Transform3 workshops, are owned by Transform3 (trading name "The Art of Optimism Ltd"). All intellectual property rights in all materials available from Transform3, including the design, graphics and text of all printed materials and the audio/visual footage of all webinars, podcasts, interviews, workshops and live training sessions, are owned by Transform3. No Transform3 content may be copied, reproduced, uploaded, posted, displayed or linked to in any way, in whole or in part, without our prior permission. Any such use is strictly prohibited and will constitute an infringement of Transform3’s intellectual property rights.
Confidentiality
Any personal information volunteered by participants during training sessions, whether in the Transform3 membership website or live Transform3 workshop, is to be treated with the utmost confidentiality and not shared, discussed or published outside of those training sessions, unless with the participant’s express approval in writing. This includes written, audio, video and images.
Behavior
Transform3 reserves the right to remove any participant from the program whose behavior is deemed inappropriate or disrespectful by us or our trainers. In these circumstances, Transform3 will neither refund any fees nor reimburse any other costs.
Force Majeure
Transform3 will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations that is caused by events outside our reasonable control (Force Majeure Event).
A Force Majeure Event includes any act, event, non-happening, omission or accident beyond our reasonable control.
Our performance is deemed to be suspended for the period that the Force Majeure Event continues, and we will have an extension of time for performance for the duration of that period. We will use our reasonable endeavours to bring the Force Majeure Event to a close or to find a solution by which our obligations may be performed despite the Force Majeure Event.

Transform3 offers no representations, warranties or guarantees verbally or in writing regarding personal, professional or business results of any kind (including potential for success or failure, a particular number of clients or income level.) Transform3 members are solely and fully responsible for making all decisions and taking actions related to their progress and results (including compliance with all applicable laws and regulations). We offer no professional legal or financial advice.
