Cancellation & Refund Policy

Fees once paid are non-refundable under all circumstances. If you are unable to attend the course you are booked on, you can transfer onto any future Strategic NLP course within the next 4 years with no additional course or admin fees. Any request to postpone and transfer to a future course must be made in writing.

Payment Terms

Payment of the full fee is required at the point of enrolment to secure a place. Places on a course cannot be held without payment.

Trainers & Venues

Trainers and venues are subject to change. Strategic NLP shall provide such trainers to present the training course as it deems fit and shall be entitled at any time to substitute any trainer with any other person who it deems suitably qualified to present the relevant course.

Every effort will be made to give attendees no less than 5 working days notice of any such change.

Ownership & Intellectual Property Rights

All Strategic NLP materials, whether on the Strategic NLP website or at an Strategic NLP training course, are owned by Strategic NLP (trading name "The Art of Optimism Ltd"). All intellectual property rights in all materials available from Strategic NLP, including the design, graphics and text of all printed materials and the audio of all webinars and podcasts, are owned by Strategic NLP. No Strategic NLP content may be copied, reproduced, uploaded, posted, displayed or linked to in any way, in whole or in part, without Strategic NLP’s prior permission. Any such use is strictly prohibited and will constitute an infringement of Strategic NLP’s intellectual property rights.

Confidentiality

Any personal information volunteered by participants during training sessions, is to be treated with the utmost confidentiality and not shared, discussed or published outside of those training sessions, unless with the participant’s express approval in writing. This includes written, audio, video and images.

Behaviour

Strategic NLP reserves the right to remove any participant from a training course whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate by Strategic NLP or its trainers. In these circumstances, Strategic NLP will neither refund any fees nor reimburse any other costs.

Force Majeure

Strategic NLP will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations that is caused by events outside our reasonable control (Force Majeure Event).

A Force Majeure Event includes any act, event, non-happening, omission or accident beyond our reasonable control.

Our performance is deemed to be suspended for the period that the Force Majeure Event continues, and we will have an extension of time for performance for the duration of that period. We will use our reasonable endeavours to bring the Force Majeure Event to a close or to find a solution by which our obligations may be performed despite the Force Majeure Event.
