I have personally attended several courses under the instruction of Ed, every time I have been humbled by his knowledge, motivated by his successes and been stretched mentally by the possibilities his methods reveal in me.

For me [this] training course was an awakening of all my senses, but mostly connecting back to my true inner self, the creative child within me due to the permission to open ourselves to the moment, to dig deep, and to find positives in

We were shown techniques and processes which we then practised with other like-minded souls in a safe and trusting environment. Daily we revisited the techniques to explore deeper thinking, analyse more carefully thought processes and

Ed is a very good teacher, he gave a lot of confidence for me from his belief. For example his belief of abundance – we can always stretch our boundaries and elevate oneself to change and transformation. I found many techniques that he
taught are so useful, e.g. finding people’s source code, the imagination paradox, lightening up, etc… And for me, the key concept is to build a belief bridge for the client, which creates high motivation for a change.
We have a lot of chances to practice and we feel more and more confident every time we practice with our classmates.
For me, I have better relationship with my parents now after a period of time of the course. I found things come naturally and we appreciate each other more. I am very grateful for that.

In the course I witnessed big changes taking place in some of the students. People uncovered their “source code”, who they truly are at their core, what would motivate them, what is their ideal life, job and way of living?
Sometimes people forget the special talents they have. It gets covered up by jobs they don't like and living a life not by plan, but by circumstances and other people’s expectations. The "real you" underneath gets covered up. "Going
back to this core" frees people to get on with their life and become successful with their goals. "It fires people up from their core." It addresses the identity and underlying emotions.
I have now used this technique on my clients. They have been totally fired up and motivated and have made huge changes to their thoughts from their core beliefs about themselves.
This has had a remarkable outcome on their life and career. They have gone from being "unmotivated and down" to being in control of their destiny and making things happen. They have become empowered and happy and changed their life
around for the better. They believe in themselves again with this technique and become confident once more in their abilities. They "bloom as people". This has happened in one day and the effect is long lasting for their future life.
I recommend this course to people for their own self development in uncovering their "core treasures” and then teaching this technique to other people if they become practitioners. It addresses the "heart of people’s behaviour and
attitudes".
Ed Lester is masterful at questioning, creating stories and developing people’s unique potential. He has created a special course to benefit people and their lives. I am privileged to be one of his students and experience this for
